Remake & Returns

Our sets are made to order, so we do not refund for a change of mind. If you measured incorrectly, we can remake one set free of charge once. Email photos and measurements within 14 days of delivery.

If a set arrives broken, damaged in transit or does not match the design ordered, email photos within 7 days of delivery for a free remake. We do not require you to send the set back.

Small differences in color or hand-painted details are part of handmade work, not a defect. If a remake is impossible, contact us about a refund.
