Terms of Service

Pressed by Hand is operated by BIRCH AND KIND. These terms describe orders placed through this store. Contact hello@pressedbyhand.com if you need help with an order.

Made-to-order sets

Choose Shape, Size and Length before checkout. For a custom fit, provide all 10 nail widths in millimeters. Design Your Own orders also require a complete design brief and reference images by email. Production begins after we have the details needed to make your set. Hand-painted sets may have minor variations in color or placement.

Prices and payment

The price and currency displayed at checkout apply to your order. Your payment may appear as BIRCH AND KIND, the business that operates Pressed by Hand.

Shipping

Each set is hand-painted to order in about 3 days and delivered within 15 days of your order (US). US shipping is free. We cannot promise a specific arrival date. Read Shipping & Processing.

Returns and refunds

Made-to-order sets are not refundable for a change of mind. If there is a problem with your order, contact hello@pressedbyhand.com with your order number and photos.
