Refund policy

Every Pressed by Hand set is hand-painted to order for you, so we don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your set arrives damaged, or isn't the design you ordered, email photos to hello@pressedbyhand.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Sizing: before we paint, we confirm your size with you. If you're unsure, check our Size Guide or email us your nail measurements.
