Shipping
Every set is hand-painted for you in about 3 days and delivered within 15 days of your order (US). You'll get tracking as soon as it ships. US shipping is free. Shipping & Processing.
Care
Lightly file your natural nails, wipe with the alcohol pad, and let dry. Dry-fit every nail before you glue. Add a small drop of glue inside the press-on nail, then press firmly for 30 seconds. To remove, soak in warm water to loosen the glue. Lift gently from the sides with the stick; never force or pry. Rub off leftover glue and add cuticle oil. Store the clean, dry nails in their box between wears.

How do I find my size?
Measure each nail at its widest point in millimeters and match the size guide on this page — or type your widths into the fit finder above. Between sizes? Choose the larger. We check your size before we paint, and if it still doesn't fit, we remake one set free.
When will my set arrive?
Your set is hand-painted to order. We email you a photo of your finished set before it ships, then send it with tracking. US orders arrive within 15 days of your order. For Christmas, order by December 10.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is final — no customs duties, import fees or surprise charges on delivery.
What's in the box?
10 hand-painted nails in your shape, length and size, plus an application kit: nail glue, adhesive tabs, a mini file, a cuticle stick and an alcohol pad. See How to Apply.
How long do they last? Can I reuse them?
Up to 3 weeks with the nail glue (depending on prep and daily activities), or 1–3 days with the adhesive tabs. Remove them gently in warm, soapy water with a little oil and you can wear your set again. See How to Apply.
Can I mix designs and sizes?
Yes. Add any designs in any sizes — 2 sets save 10%, 3 sets save 15%, 5+ sets save 20%, automatically in your bag. Perfect for gifting.
What if something isn't right?
Unused sets can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Wrong size? We remake one set free. Damaged or not the design you ordered? Email photos within 7 days and we'll remake it or refund you — no need to send it back. Remake & Returns.
